Shedding vs. Breakage

Question ladies. I notice that I have anywhere from 50-80 hairs that I loose everyday when I comb through my hair. They do have a white bulb so that is natural shedding right? It would be breakage if the hairs are short correct? Also I have another question. I read that ladies have 4a hair and 3c what does that mean? What type of hair do I have?

I have about 20-30 or less. I only comb once a day after a Co-wash. I'm also taking garlic supps because I'm using MT. From my understanding white bulbs=shedding, short hairs=breakage.HTH
