Hey Girls,
I am starting to get seriously worried erplexed .I wash my hair every week alternating between protein and moisture. My hair really likes protein so that has been working fine with me. My hair has been growing and looking so darn healthy lately.
Well I am on a dance team and we had a production this weekend, so it's been about a week and some days since my last wash. Not to mention I have HORRIBLE build-up but i just DIDN'T have the time to wash.
Anyhow, I am experiencing some horrible breakage and shedding. I did aphogee last week (I always do aphogee a week after my last relaxer) but 2 or 3 days ago the breakage started. So my questions to you ladies is this: Do you think that I should :
1. Clarify, light protein, and mask?
2. Moisture poo and conditioner ( no protein)?
3. Use my protein poo/conditioner?
4. Clarify and mask (with a dab of protein in it)?
Please tell me what you think. I wash tomorrow and I would REALLY appreciate ANY feedback!
