setting goals,what is your opinion?

I like to set goals. Without them I would get off track. The downside is that I'm ridiculously impatient...

I think setting a goal keeps me somewhat motivated. It helps me stay focused and see what things I need to do to get to what I want. I set my goals realistically. Like now, I just want healthy hair. I want length too, but healthy hair is first for me now. Length will come eventually.
