My plans for my hair is to try my hardest to not take out these box braids!!! Bought some new products and got more coming smh..Y'all with me so y'all get how it is when you miss your hair..*sigh* the struggle lol

It's gonna be a busy hair weekend. I plan on doing;

1. Shampoo
2. Aphogee 2 step
3. Moisturizing deep condition
4. Blow dry my hair (Renience style)
5. Cornrow hair to prep for crochet braids
6. Attach crochet braids and hope that it lasts for at least 6 weeks

Pre-shampoo treatment: Aloe vera juice & my Ayurvedic infused coconut oil overnight.

Wash: Elucence Moisture Benefits shampoo

Steam treatment with: Honest conditioner. Didn't rinse out and used as a leave in.

Style: Roller set to stretch hair, brush out curls then do one big french braid for the week.

I took my hair down today, massaged APB pomade into my scalp, moisturized and sealed my hair and did plaits to rock a wig. I haven't mastered blending a full lace wig with my hairline, so I slapped on a fedora.

Sunday, I will:
Take out the plaits and finger detangle with Tresemme naturals
Wash with AIA cleansing pudding.
DC with either Silk Dreams RCA or Bask Cacao with a bit of APB Pumpkin and fennel oil on top. I cannot remember who it was that suggested adding oil on top of a DC (as opposed to mixing it into your DC), but I owe you one!
Apply Jessicurl Too Shea as my leave-in and seal with Camille Rose JAI Twist Butter.
Damp Bun until Friday.

I shampooed with my suave coconut, finger combed and deep conditioned under the dryer with Carol's daughter monoi repairing conditioner.
Ten I used some kind of moisturizing, healing pearls free sample I found under the seat of my car (score!) They were pretty cool. You crack it open and poor the contents on the hair. Then I used miss Jessie's leave in condish for a curl former set. I'm sitting under the dryer right now.

This weekend I will:

Prepoo/Detangle with a Condish and oil
Cowash with Giovanni TTTT Conditioner
DC with Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Apply Darcy's Leave In
Seal with a cream on shaft, butter on the ends
Air dry in twists

Today:
Cowashed with V05 Shea Cashmere mixed with Wonder 8 and coconut oils
Moisturized with my leave in (a mix of aloe vera juice, Tresemme Naturals Moisture conditioner and Wonder 8 oil
Wet bunned

On Sunday, I will pretty much do the same, except I will use V05 Passion Fruit Smoothie and I will do an aloe vera juice/lemon juice/water rinse after conditioning.

This a.m.:
Cowashed with Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner
Applied Lee Stafford 5 minutes
Rinsed
Applied Hendigo (Wrapped in Saran Wrap with Plastic Cap 2-3 hours)

In a Couple Hours:
Rinse Hendigo with Suave Tropical Coconut
Apply Shea Terra's Banana & Mongongo & Steam for about 20 minutes
Apply DC'er Karen's Body Beautiful & Steam 20 minutes
Steam (Over Marshmallow Tea)
Rinse
Apply Detangler and dry under dryer

Prepooing and already detangled with komaza pona scalp treatment and hydroquench cleansing conditioner.

Will wash with Giovanni shampoo & do komaza protein strengthener. Will conditioner with Aubreys Rosa Marqueta condish. Detangle with Db daily leave-in & use gel (cantu lock&twist or afroveda whipped gel) to twist. Wear in a ponytail or bun all week.

Trimmed 1/2 inch off my ends
Soaked fresh ends in with EVCO
Prepood with APB Ayurvedic mask over EVCO
Cleansed with elucence moisture benefits shampoo
Quick protein treatment (5-10mns) in the shower with curl junkie repaire me.
DC'd with the new Hairveda jardin moisture conditioner
Leave in: aphogee pro vitamin followed by SD WGBC.
Seal and twist with Hairveda green tea butter.

I really don't care for that hairveda DCer. I love the texture because it makes application a breeze. I don't mind the green scent much. The conditioner is just too light for my hair. I had no smoothing or softening effect. Next time I wi mix it with my beloved SD RCA.

I just realised Monday is my bday….maybe I'll take these celies out and rock a braidout to go out with my girls. Maybe.

Hmmph. Knowing me I will be like nah, I will spend the day in bed. :lachen:

I have a four day weekend coming up (the only vacation I got this summer!) And I plan to baby my hair and get it back to where it belongs. So I:
-shampooed twice with Shea Moisture Manuka Honey
-light protein with HV Acai Phyto
-camellia oil on 50% dry hair
-applied Shea Moisture Manuka Honey dc and let sit for two hours before going under the dryer for 15 minutes

Now I'll either sleep in the dc or rinse and detangle and put my hair in 5 bantu knots until tomorrow where I'll

-scalp massage with JoJ
-LOC with water, camellia oil, darcys leave in and GHE while I study

Thanks for the review on the new HV condish. I plan on using it next weekend, but have been keeping my eyes open for reviews. Tried out the new Obia DC last weekend and really liked it, left my hair feeling moisturized. I want to use it a few more times though before I can truly gauge its performance.
