Adding TMC Mocha & Molasses Anti-Shedding Remedy to this week. I realized my hair issues in the last couple weeks are due to protein overload. Most of TMC's stuff says "strengthening", "repairing", etc. My hair rarely needs a lot of protein so I definitely overdid it.
- DIY green tea shampoo
- Deep conditioner TBD (but something suuuuper moisturizing)
- DIY henna oil
- 4 twists or 8 braids maybe
I forgot to post what I did last week... blowdried my hair with the Revlon blowdryer and moisturized with Camille Rose Fresh Curls. Yesterday, was wash day for me but still haven't decided on a hairstyle.
FRIDAY
- Washed and conditioned my hair in 4 sections
- Shampoo with Nizoral shampoo
- Condition and detangled with Camille Rose Moroccan Pear Conditioning Custard (this stuff has amazing slip for detangling)
- Moisturized and sealed with CR Fresh Curls and shea butter
- Stretched hair with African threading (took me forever to do 6 out of 8 sections, so the last two sections were braided.)
I'm not sure, haven't figured out this blow dry routine yet. It's totally new to me. I use Camille Rose Fresh Curls and shea butter mid-week.How do you keep your hair moisturized?
