randi415 I think it's working . . . I'm not going to hang my hat on it just yet. It's too soon to really say for sure.
I have really tight coils, I have what I call wash 'n go nowhere soon hair I've taken the opportunity to try some curl products this month, I've also taken the opportunity to really condition my hair. You know since I have to put honey on my scalp for 3 hours, I might as well put some conditioner on my hair at the same time.
What I've been doing is applying the honey to my scalp in the evenings (& sometimes conditioner to the length of my hair), rinsing or washing then putting flat twist in my hair to twist out in the morning. Some days I pin it up unless it looks really cute, then I'd wear my hair out.

I think I'm gonna start this honey treatment on my son. He has locks and have been scratching his head like mad. I think he may have SD as well.
