Scalp question

Okay I have a question, I have a scab from where I popped/scratched two bumps that I had from two tight braids in the front (I have taken them out since then) and I need to know what I can put on it that will help heal it. No matter how much oil I put on it It seems to dry out and the scab is kind of grayish looking. Is there anything that I can get at a drugstore or somewhere like K-mart? Please help. TIA.

Aloe vera gel- Lily of the Desert is the brand that I have used & I prefer it.

Okay, thanx. Looks like I'll be making a trip down to K-mart later on this evening. I hope it's at K-mart...it should be right?
