Scalp Analyzer

Has anyone ever bought a scalp analyzer to check the health of your scalp? I’ve been looking at them and wonder which one is best to buy.

Never heard of this till now. What information does it supply? Sounds interesting.

Back in the day when the natural hair movement was in its golden era, hair analysis was all the rage. I got two myself and they provided some vital information I needed on my natural hair journey.

Don’t know if people still get them or if they’re still around (one company I used is no longer around) or if they’re still popular but I felt they were worth it.

They show your scalp up close! They are used by trichologists and I saw some on Amazon that were for home use. I ordered one. I'll come back and tell you how it works.

I have one. I've used it a couple of times, but to be honest, I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Me and another member posted pictures in a thread, earlier this year. I'll update this post once I can find it.
