While I love my scarves, my SO hates them. We have to come up w/some kind of compromise. I"ve tried ninja-scarfing like after he goes to sleep then try to wake up before him and take it off but that doesn't always work out :lachen:I had a satin pillow case a long time ago but don't remember liking it. Maybe I'll try it again. I just don't like doing a lot to my hair in the mornings but me and this man might end up street brawling over my head scarves :ohwell: :lachen:

I know all about that...he teased and teased....so I asked him.."What are you worried about? You are looking at the back of your eyelids.... He never said anything else about it...It has been 5 1/2 years, I wish all things could be settled that way!

I said scarves and both. I'm really horrible about putting my scarf on sometimes though. I put the covers over my head so I could never just do the pillowcase.

We're going to have to do something because I can't keep waking up w/a bunch of tangles and stuff like I did yesterday :nono:. When he saw what kind of issues I had, I think he felt kind of bad.

As he should! Im sure it will take some time for him to get used to. The thing that he needs to realize that this is real life, not the movies. We don't go to bed, sleep for 6-8 hrs and wake up with makeup and hair done. The process that gets us there is what is left out. The first 3 mo or so we lived together it was pure culture shock. He didn't know what to do with my nighttime process. If your are maintained daily it will make you happy, which makes him happy. :yep:Tell him it will save him $$:yep: Gets em everytime.:yep:

Both.

I actually like the way my skin feels sleeping on satin pillowcases.

I like both :yep: I use satin scarves to secure my hair when I wear it in a cross wrap before bed. If I have company over & don't want to wear a scarf, the satin pillowcase is the perfect alternative.
