I bought a satin scarf to sleep in but the thing is i dont know how to tie it around my head. Ne one can give me instructions?

I fold one end down (making it a triangle shape), but it on my head, and try it in the back. This is the best way I can explain how I tie my scarf.

The following should work if it is a triangle shape or a square shape. If it is triangular, you will not need to fold it. If it is a square, fold it in half. The scarf will now have three "ends" or "points."

Place one edge of the scarf (the folded edge, if it's a square) at your forehead over your hairline. You will be holding one point of the scarf in each hand. Tie those two points at the nape of your neck. Then hold the third point (that will now be on top of your head and pointing downward) tautly and secure it by tying it down using the first two points. This should keep the scarf on your head at night but, if the material is extremely slippery, you may want to secure it to your head with a couple of bobbie pins.

Of course, you'll want to put your hair up beforehand so that no hair is sticking out of the scarf.

I hope this makes sense and helps.

Editing to say that ooops, I was late!

thanks everyone for thier replies! U should have seen how i tied my hair last night hahaha i did it wrong but surprisingly it stayed on my head through the nite. I woke up this morning expecting my hair to be messy like usual but the satin scarf really kept my hair neat and shiny. Im going to contiue doing this since i see my hair seems to like it.
