sleeping on a satin pillow case

i just got my satin pillow case today and im so glad that i got one. anyways i have twists in my hair, and i want to know if i don't sleep with a scarf on my head and sleep on the satin pillow case instead would they get frizzy and mess up. thanks in advance!!!

They might be okay. If your hair is long enough, you might try sort of wrapping them before bedtime, as Carefree does. Check out her album for tips. I do this and it works wonders to keep the twists from shrinking and "bedhead." A sleep bonnet is ideal, in my opinion.

i love carefree's wrapping technique. i do it every night and it helps my twists from shrinking up alot!!! last night i just put on my satin bonnet and slepted on my satin pillow case.
