Beauty IS skin deep.
Hey there my little mad scientist
I have a question for you. I have some oat protein, wheat protein, cottonseed protein, honeyquat, and of course, the infamous SAA. I want to make a leave-in spray/condish for use after washing my hair. Can you tell me if any of these (aside from the honeyquat) are safe to leave on the hair? Or would I have to rinse them out?

They're considered light proteins (like SAA). Oat protein's my favorite (second to SAA). It helps the hair hold moisture and who doesn't need more of that.
I add it to the red palm cream I use everyday. Love that stuff! Other's swear by wheat protein, but I never noticed much difference.
I love it in my cocoa butter mix tho. Both are great for skin and hair.
