I just had a baby 6 weeks ago 
During the pregnancy all I took was materna, I want to start up on my vitamins. I'm nursing and I'm wondering what's safe to take. The ones I want to take in particular are:
- MSM
- Silica
- Organic Coconut Oil
- Biotin
Also should I be using MTG? I used a little drop the other day but felt guilty...
