My regime is basically this:
I wash my hair with shampoo about every week, but I condition wash every two days. Once a month I do a protein treatment with deep brilliance resonsrtuctor or joico k-pac and follow this with a leklair cholesterol treatment and sleep with it overnight. I put my hair in a bun / do the baggie the baggie method.

I always put curl activator gel on my hair.I also put some sort of butter on the last half of my hair when in the baggie...not just the ends (because my curls in a ponytail is not completly even.)

And I'm on and off with vitamins...but I take msm, biotin, b-complex, vitamin c, evening primrose, and a multi-vitamin.
