What kind of comb do you use to comb your hair after you take the roller out. I'm not talking about those who wrap their hair after the rollers but those who styles their hair. Picture would be appreciated in possible. Trying to figure out if I'm not getting the results I want because of the styling comb that I am using.

When I take rollersets out, first thing I do is finger comb the curls out and then use a wide-tooth comb (sorry no photo) to style if I'm going out. If I'm going to bed, I put my hair into 2 large magnetic rollers, 1 in front and 1 in back, wrap and go to sleep. May I ask what results are you looking for and what are you getting instead?

At night, I either wrap my hair (doobie) for maybe 2-3 days in a row, then after that, I start wearing 6-12 magnetic rollers in my hair at night.

Neroli,

It's hard to explain, but I am trying to get a looser curl look, like a straight wrap look with a bounce. Now I get a tighter curl look. Everytime I try to go to sleep with a wrap, my hair is just straight, not bend nor bounce. So I think that tomorrow I will buy a different comb and see what happens. Thanks for your help.

I don't think it's the comb. Why don't you try using smaller rollers and then wrapping...not tiny ones, just a size down from what you use now?

Try putting your hair in a high loose pony tail. You can leave the curly ends loose or wrap it around in a ball, secure with a scruncii and tie with a scarf. This may help you retain some of your body and curls. See example in album under styles.

Thank for all the help.

Tracey, I will try this.

Kitchen,

My hair is too short to for a high ponytails, but I will remember this when my hair gets longer.
