Robin told me that her vitamins are really potent even more than HF37. i have tried HF37, it worked extremely well, but it was draining my finance, so i stoppped and searched and found a cheaper alternative which gave me even better and faster results...i bought mine from Holland and Barratts. i would like to try her vits...when i have the money lol. i think you'd really like her products.

Hi Den1,
What vitamin did you buy from Holland & Barrtatts that out-performed HF37?

[/ QUOTE ]

i'm currently using Liquid Aminos £12.99 easily digested into the system, it contains even higher amounts than any amino i've tried which contain most of the essential and non essential aminos. after discoutinued use of HF37, i started taking Amino acid 1500 up to 6 a day to receive fast hair growth, sometimes i'd get over an inch per month. This year I did take a break for a while, now i have started them again my hair is growing back faster. I take this along with a good b-complex, see info:

Hey Den1,

Thanks for the good info. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
What flavour do you use? How does it taste....I notice it contains phenylalanine, a sweetener.

Here's that link again because it wouldn't open. http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/vf/labels/000837HB.pdf

I aint gonna lie to you, its cherry flavour, with a nasty sour taste /images/graemlins/crazy.gif, try to dilute with some very sweet juice. i usually take 1-2 tablespoons a day along with Holland and barratts B-100 complex, B5 and MSM, all made by H & B.

For some reason I believe that I would like her products too. I've had nothing but success following her advice and I have her braids video which helped me alot. I am definately going to get her vitamins.

Hey Alli, please let me know how you like her vits, if you decide te purchase them. thanks

Den1 with the liquid aminos and B100 complex, B5 and MSM, do you find it easier to take that HF 37. I also got good results from HF 37, but the expensive was killing me.

Hi Valerie, the HF37 results were excellent but £50.00 for a months supply was too expensive to continue with. i only take 1 b vit which contains 100mg of each type of b vitamin, 2 tablespoons of amino = 3,000mg plus, two msm 750mg each and one b5 500mg, i'm getting just as good results.

Ditto with the HF37 but the expense was breaking the bank.

Thanks Den1, for that, at the moment I am taking Natures Plus Hair vitamins, also I am trying the Thick Shake at the moment, however it costs me £18.95 and the shake lasts me for just over two weeks. The tablets are good, but I am looking into less expensive options.
