Thank you, Den1. I don't have 4a/4b hair but that certainly doesn't matter. This web site is great. I especially like the food page: http://www.growafrohairlong.com./foods.html. No wonder my hair grew so much when I stopped drinking coffee. Caffeine counteracts B vitamins.
