For those of you who own Robin Woods Braid Extensions DVD what is the end of the braid techniques that she uses? Does it involve fire :burn:? Could you describe her techniques?

Nope, she doesn't use fire, just hot water.

1)Wavy Ends- take a group of braids, braid them together into a big braid, dip in
hot water and unbraid big braid

2) Straight ends-just dip in hot water

There is a technique that I use, if you have wavy or curly hair at the end of your extentions (spelling) :ohwell: Just get some clear nail glue from a beauty supply store, apply 1-2 drops right where you want the hair to stay at and you get great looking braids without having those burned ends and they stay untill you are ready to take them down , just pull-em apart

Thanks ladies! Breslin uses the hot water technique as well. I'm intimdated by the glue. I may get some on my real hair  ! Thanks!

I know right? That's why I asked 'cause Ms. Woods did me wrong with that braid removal video. I said I'd be darned if I allowed her to dupe me out of another $20 just to give me some "duh, really" information :spinning: .

dag! how did she play you before?? did the video just say...."now, to remove the braids what you wanna do is take the braids OUT....and by taking them out, you have removed them.":lol::lol:

Basically!

1.) Take down the braid 2.) Detangle your hair with your fingers 3.) Detangle your hair with a comb 4.) Detangle your hair with a brush 5.) Loosely braid the detangled hair 6.) Move on to the next braid and repeat

Seriously, $5 would have been adequate for the content and the quality. I can't be too mad at her though because I like the quality and content of her website - and it's free. ;)
