Is it ok to switch from No Lye Regular to a mild no lye?
 
I don't think that will be a problem. Sometimes it takes trail and error to find the right relaxer strength for your hair.

I agree.
 
I also use to use regular, but I've switched to mild and it worked better for me because my hair is 4a/b. It didn't hurt my hair so it shouldn't hurt yours. I use Affirm Fiberguard in Mild.
