I heard that it is not a good idea to switch from different reaaxers like ly to no lye. I belive that you can switch to regular to mild thoough but no the other way around. As for th no ly mild relaxer there is one called "Precise" it comes as no lye mild-regular and no lye super. HTH

i use to use optimum no lye but now i use revlon realistic lye mild and my hair is fine.

I did the switch. I switched from Optimum No Lye (and Phytospecific No Lye) to Affirm Mild with Lye. Shamboosie says that switching from No Lye to Lye Mild is "a must." My hair holds much more moisture with the Mild Lye/glad I did it.
