Refined or Unrefined?

I am about to order some shea butter but do I get refined or unrefined?

I'd vote unrefined....Refined goes through a process to rid it of impurities and is bleached also...It loses a lot of its nutrients in the process..

Unrefined you reap all the benefits

ok thank you ladies, I was going to order it from camden-grey but I went to a local beauty supply store and they had a 16 oz for $6.99 so I got that one and I use after I got out the shower and my skin feels soft still tonight. For my hair I use Kemi-oyl' s shea butter because it smell so yummy!!
