I have tossed and given away so much HAIR crap!!!!!

I am going to be a minimalist for the rest of the year....GEEESH!!!!!
I hope y'all can suppowt a sista.......................

I have had this stuff forever. My DH bought me a cabinet for all my stuff - but - I just kept stuffing it!!!!!

Once we moved - I lost my cabinet... so - it was painful to see how much stuff(crap) I have accumilated.....


3 blow dryers????

5 flat irons????


Well, no more.

Tossing crap left and right..........I mean - really - how many rollers does one head need??? I have loads of ( ear shields) 3 bottles of SMB ( the OLD bottle) -Bottles...... and butters and oils for days. I am using this crap up...and trashing trashing... Purging is good.

and limiting my world to 3 conditioners, oils and "kits" for Curly and straight....

Whew!!!!!

I quickly became a pj when I joined LHCF and I went out and bought EVERYTHING! I have only been a member for about 3 months and I filled both my side of the his/hers sinks and his. As well as the 5 shelf cabinet nearest our bedroom. I quickly learned that my hair likes simplicity. I began giving away shampoos and conditioners that i didnt care for last week. I'm thankful that I found my staples so soon!

I'm just tired of having all this stuff hiding around and then apart of me thinks that oh i'll use it down the road(well I dont know when down the road will come bcuz i sure havent used none of it)---I just wish that someone could just come and clean out everything and be strict with me and say girl you only need 1 or 2 of everything and thats it..

That goes for makeup, skin care products, body products and hair products. But i havent really been as bad as i was lately(ok i take that back --not with hair products at least)

Oh I wish I was your neighbor or the garbage man LOL

But I hear ya!!!! I have alot less than I did last year. I still have so much more to go. Most of the women on LHCF with long hair have a very simple regimen and a few staple products they use. If anything that has been my motivation. I'm starting to wonder if more products equals more setbacks/short hair.
