How often do you reconstruct after a relaxer?

I use affirm 5 N 1 once after relaxing. I use it immediately afterwards. I use other protein treatments weekly afterwards depending on what my hair needs.

I tend to wash my hair about 3-5 days after getting a relaxer- i use a reconstructor and lately started DC'ing after as well. I probably use a protein reconstructor every 3/2 weeks after that.

I use a reconstrutor (Aphogee or Opti Intense) right after I relax, (same day) even though it tingles a little bit, it is very helpful. This is the only protein treatment I do.

My procedure is similar to what has been said. Right after nuetralizing, i use emergenee to recontruct- moisturizing DC. After that its weekly light protiens and mositurizing DC.
