I am confused about what the difference is between reconstructors and protein conditioners.

What does each do?

How often should they be used?

What brand is good for hair that is thin, dry, and soft (4a I guess)

My hair is healthy now and I want to focus on growing and keep it healthy.

TIA

Reconstructors are used to strengthen the hair, hair is made up of Keratine, Protein and Moister. Protein is The strength, Keratine and moister the elasticity, Relaxer, color, chemicals like alcohals found in hair products and heat take away these propertys. If you eat a good diet drink plenty of water then you don,t need to do a reconstruction conditioning except if you feel aneed for them.
