Is there an difference? Is an Reconstructer to take place of a neutralizer? Do which is used first? Aso is it different from a protein treatment? I just want to make sure I understand... TIA

Reconstructor is a protein and sometimes called protein treatments. There are light, medium and heavy protein treatments and/or reconstrutors.
Neutrzlier is something that stops a chemical reaction like in perm, relaxers etc.

Do a search on protien or reconstrutors lots of info on this site.

yes they are the same thing. They rebuild or build up the hair and stop/prevent breakage.

I agree :)

See this thread about protein conditioners. Remember to always use a moisturizing conditioner after protein especially the hard or heavy proteins. Take your time and read through the thread really good suggestions.
