Do you know of any men that watched Brokeback Mountain? Whether it's your S/O, relative, friend, etc? I was wondering because me, a few women and a lot of guys (white, black, hispanic/old, young) from a class were discussing it and they all said they refused to watch it. My S/O also has never watched and doesn't want to.

My daddy saw it when it came to cable, he said the sex scenes mad him uncomfortable. lol.

I saw it with girlfriends in the theater. I'm pretty sure there were men in the audience. Surely they couldn't have all been gay or transexual women.

DH refused to watch it. It was on t.v. when he came in from work and when he realized what I was watching, he left the room.

I dont know any black guys that have watched it or wanted to watch BUT I do have white male co workers that have watched it and made some jokes about it. I wasn't going to watch it but everybody said it was good so I watched and just fast forwarded through the sex scenes.

DH watched it with me. I dont know any other guy that will admit to seeing it. A suspect friend of his refuses to watch it, maybe he thinks the gay men will grab him from the tv.

i heard it was pretty overrated. my SO hasnt seen it but i just asked if he would see it with me & he said yes :look: i hope this doesnt mean i have to see it now.

the whole gay cowboy love story seems kinda boring to me (i dont like romances in general)

I think my ex saw it. I actually liked the movie a lot, and think that the hype over the sex scenes really took away from the movie as a whole...

I was watching it online one day..in my brother's
room.. when he came by and looked at the screen and

then told me to get out..
..
I think my brother is homo-phobic.

I won't watch it because of different reasons. It contains some sexual violence (I heard) and a hate crime. Movies like that just don't sit well in my spirit, and I will not be able to sleep for days. So if it didn't have those two thing in it, I would definately watch a love story about two gay men.

Now...My SO on the other hand...He will not watch this movie or anything dealing with homosexuality in men and women. I tried to get him to watch "Noah"s Ark" with me once, he got PISSED!
