I IDareT'sHair PJ Rehabilitation Center Jul 27, 2009 #7 My Directions say, Apply to Clean Damp Hair. So I ALWAYS Co-Wash my Hair with something Super Moisturizing before I apply my Henna/Indigo. Then I rinse it out a really long time with Plain Clear Water. And then a Really Long time with either V05 or Suave.
