Quick question about night time care....

Ladies, how do you protect your hair at night? IE: silk scarf, silk cap, silk pillow, nothing....

I usually just throw on a sleep bonnet if I am not in any kind of rollers. I also have a satin pillow case.

I use a satin bonnet. I've read in posts before that many people use satin pillowcases and scarves too.

in a bun and a silk bonnet or scarf 80% of the time.....the other 20% of the time my lazy *** just falls off to sleep with my hair in a bun because i'm to tired or lazy to look for my scarf or bonnet

i sleep on a handmade satin pillowcase.

everynight. i use to cheat in the beginning and kinda lay on the very edge of my pillow cause i wasn't use to the slipperyness of it, but i slowly worked my way up to the actual pillowcase and my hair is all the better for it.

I used to use a satin bonnet but I gave that up when I bought a satin pillowcase. I love my pillowcase.

I wear a satin scarf that I fold to look like a headband. It keeps my hair line intact. I pin my hair into a loose french roll and even let some of the curls stay out. I sleep on a satin pillow case.

A twist or french braid
