When I wear my hair straight & down, I always wrap my hair @ night and tie a silk scarf around my head. I am curious if there is a better way to take care of my hair at night if I plan to wear it straight in the morning.

BTW, my hair is relaxed and about bsl or maybe longer. (Will be doing a length check maybe around Nov.)

Any suggestions ladies? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the tip and the welcome!

I've noticed the longer my hair gets the more I have to change my routine and habits (this usually comes about by trial and error). I can't do a wash and wrap anymore because it takes hours to dry under the dryer ( I learned this the hard way), I have to carry a clip or make sure my hair is off the side of my body where I carry my purse or backpack, (otherwise these items will sit on my hair) etc... this just leads me to wonder are there some things I do at night I need to be aware of that may not be healthy for my hair

Maybe wearing large pin curls to bed at night. You will still have a straight look, just with some volume.

Hmmmm...that sounds like a really good idea! I will be trying that! Thanks!

Does anyone bsl or longer still wrap @ night or has wrapping hair at night become a bit of a dinosaur?
