There are a number of good clarifyling shampoos, you can try. Also some ladies add a bit of baking soda to conditioner or lemon juice to conditioner to create a clarifying conditioner. Also here are some threads that were started this month about brands of clarifying shampoos. Hope this helps.

CAN U CLERIFY RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET A RELAXER OR RIGHT AFTER... OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS IN BETWEEN

When I did my relaxer last week, I did an apple cider vinegar distilled water rinse as my last rinse before I did the conditioning.
As far as clarifying, I prefer to do a warm lemon or acv rinse with distilled water to remove buildup. I find clarifying shampoos too harsh.

MY THING IS THAT I AM SCARED THAT I WOULD TRY THE ACV AND I WOULD ADD TOO MUCH OF SOMETHING AND WHEN I LIFT UP MY HAIR WON'T COME WITH MY HEAD

I only use 2-3 tablespoons to one quart of water. I then follow this with another rinse of plain water(I use distilled). It's also great before you use conditioner followed by a plain rinse. I do the same with lemon juice.
