I got touch up Thursday......

, Is it ok to do a hair reconst. treatment

and do I follow up with a deep moisture cond

..... I want to also use a tempo hair color rinse, do I do it before or after the color rinse

The temp. color should be okay, but as for the reconstructor it depends on which one you have in mind. Which one are you planning to use?

i can't really say anything about the reconstructing treatment because i dont do those a lot, but i think the deep moisture condition would be alright, but you should definetly wait AT LEAST 2 weeks before you put that color in your hair girl!
