Ayurvedic Treatment and Semi Rinse

Hi Ladies,

Have any of you done an ayurvedic treatment, deep cond, then a semi rinse? Do you think it's ok to do an ayurvedic treament and semi rinse the same day? Don't leave me hanging ladies. I need to know this so I can avoid any mishaps.
