Question? Over The Counter Drugs And Hair

Well really the title should have been hair and benadryls or any over the counter drugs and it's effects on hair:look:.This has been a question I struggled with daily since my healthy hair quest. I ask this because I suffer from cornic allergies from seasonal to food to allergy to my own blood at times :ohwell:and oddly my doctor just told me with this condition that I may be to be on benadryls for the rest of my life.:nono: Meaning if if walk or run to fast my skin itch to the point I scratch welps on my skin:blush: and it won't stop until my blood circulation slows down to normal, even in the summer time I have to pop a benadryl before I work out not just in the winter.:wallbash:

I've tried every other topical solution there is but the only thing that works is benadryl orally,:wallbash:now my problem is this 1: I noticed that when I take my dosage an hour later I become so thristy and my skin is very dry :nono:. So I figure if my skin feels this way then maybe that's why I'm having issuses with dryness with my hair and upping my water intake dose help alittle but not much:cry:. 2: My vitamin reggie is on point but it's kinda of hard to decide on how long before or after to take my vitamins:perplexed. Because I 've heard some where before that certain medications can depleate the body of certain nutrients:wallbash:.

So to combat this I try to drink gatorade to replenish my bodies balance. And I try to wait two hours after taking my vitamins to take my benadryls. My question is this can anyone can weigh in on this issue please :ohwell:because I would like others input, guidance or insight on the changes that they expirenced with over the counter medicine or prescibed meds and their hair and how they counteract or get around it or chosed an alternative route.

Side note ladies: My mother for instance takes meds for blood pressure and to me it looks like alopecia:look: but her hair started to thin out badly to the point of no return(To her so she thinks , But I think differently:nono:). But she said when she talked this issue over with her doctor he told her it was the side effects from her blood pressure medication and there's nothing she can do about it. But I personally really think's he's wrong:nono:. So ladies please share any expirenced you've had with medications and their effects on your hair and those of you that are on medication how do you know when to take your supplements at what times for maxium effectiveness so your meds don't disrupt your vitamin absorption.

Thanks In Advance Ladies:rosebud:

Note: Gymfreak if your out there please give your insight on this subject please ! :Rose:

I'm going to the doc for this, what's the name of her BP med? I want to be sure not to get it.
