Question for the Day Before a Dye Job

Hi ladies! I am going to get my hair colored tomorrow, and it's kind of a mess right now. I am going out tonight, so I wanted to do something to my hair but am just wondering if there are any hair dye rules I have to follow, similar to a relaxer. Would I be able to do a CO wash tonight without it interfering with my appt. tomorrow?

you never really wanna wash your hair right before a chemical sevice unless your hair has oils or buildup from other products. that might make the color not process.

Thanks honi for your response, I did rinse my hair though. Hopefully everything will go okay.
