If you have any problems they will correct it and if they send the wrong product they usally let you keep it.

I ordered from them on Wednesday and received my order Thursday. That was excellent service.

Very good service. I ordered from them and then forgot an item about a day later I emailed them and it was a fast response. The bad news was they already sent my other items out. So I paid for the item I forgot and did not have to pay for the shipping. Very good customer service.

I have. Very fast shipping. The first time I used them, it took a while, but every time after that, it took less than 3 days to receive my order.

I've ordered from them before too. One of my products was out of stock and they helped me pick a similar product because I didn't know anything about anything. Fast shipping too, I would def. use them again.

me too- great service, let me know when they were out of stock on certain items, fast shipping and lots of freebies.

This site is more expensive than Sickbay which has been out of stock on a lot if products lately but this site offers more salon products along with dominican conditioners that sickbay does not have.
Anyone tried the Praital conditioners.
