I have. They were pretty good.
One time, I placed an order for braiding hair. They order took way too long to arrive and I called. They told m that my order would not arrive before the date I needed it because they had been out of stock. They quickly cancelled the order and refunded my money.
All my purchases with them have been easy ones. I just think other places have better prices on some products.

I ordered from them, payed 34 DOLLARS for the 2 day shipping ( I had a photo shoot in 3 days so I needed it to be there). Waited a whole week to get my stuff, it never came. When I asked them what was up they told me that it was STILL on backorder. Needless to say I got ALL of my money back and I will not be ordering from them anymore!

i ordered from them i ordered 2 half wigs by freetress and only received one. i called them and they said it should've been in the package and I need to talk to the people at the post office wtf!!
instead i immediately called my credit card company and had my money refunded. #%#^( ******* still pissed.
