Greetings, I am sort of in a bind. I have been going to Luisa's in Silver Spring for the past 7 month. Last month I did not go because of my hectic schedule, but I am in a wedding this weekend, and realized I had better get my hair done in a jiffy. SO I call to make an appointment and I get no answer ( they might just be on vacation, I guess), but in the meantime, but hair is getting pretty ragged and of course I need a style by Saturday. Do any of you know a good Dominican stylist in DC? or just a good stylist who will not give me too much of a hassle for a potential one-time visit. Thanks.
