Hey,
I was thinking of taking a protein supplement for hair growth.
It's not the type for muscle or strength gain which is good as this is not something i'm looking for - im 5'6. 5 and about 9 stone so wouldn't mind putting on a bit of weight.. but not too much.
The supplement recommends you take 3 servings a day.. and each serving consists of 100 grams of protein.. this sounds a little excessive to me so i'm considering taking one serving a day.
Just wanted to know whether my weight is likely to significantly increase? and whether such a supplement can assit in hair growth.
Anyone done anything similar if so what results in terms of weight and hair growth did you experience!?
