This is a great recipe. Thank you...I usually just make salmon salad, but have been looking for something a bit different than my usual, so I am very glad to see this...

Yuuuuumy! I can't wait to try this. Sounds like a great recipe. Thanks for posting this. I will add a recipe later.

What is the amount of protein that should be taken daily?

There are a couple threads about this but taking in about 100grms of protein a day should help produce pretty good growth.

Thanks.. I eat meat but maybe once per day and I take a protein supplement.. I do not know how I will get to 100mg..

hahaha..its kind of hard sometimes...Most beef, chicken, fish and probably turkey have a high amount. I think there is like 25-30grms in a chicken breast..maybe a little more. Some steaks can have 40 grms or so. Salmon and tuna are high count ones as you see in the recipe. Drinking a protein shake can give you 50 grms depending on the type.

I'd recommend adding some spirulina to your food, it's an easy way to add another 5-10 grams of protein depending on how much you use. One tablespoon is about 5 grams. Also, in that recipe, I'd probably only eat two egg yolks and discard the other two to keep the cholesterol down.

I don't eat this EVERYDAY & I dont eat it all at once so I don't think 4 eggs is too many eggs. Anyone can always modify any recipe according to their specific needs & tastes. I've made this recipe a few times a month for almost a year & my cholesterol is perfect(I had it checked 2 weeks ago) The only thing that has increased is my hair length .All the protein, the salmon oil & the healthy omegas has made my hair long, beautiful & healthy looking again. I'm almost at brastrap now;) & its thick ,shiny & beautiful .My nails are also long & strong now also & my cholesterol is PERFECT!! Luv,DIVA
