Protein Challenge Progress Pics Feb 07-Apr. 07

Well, the challenge for the first quarter has ended and now it is time to see if all of this protein did its job as I believe a picture is worht a million words. As I might have mentioned before, I acheived a little bit more than 2.5 inches of new growth during those three months which is like an extra inch plus a little bit more than I usually grow. Originally, I was striving for 3-4 inches but I fell off a little bit during the month of April.

I also had a bad experience with the stylist who removed my weave. I lost a bit of hair because of rough handling and had to end up TRIMMING a bit. Sorry the pics are so big. Something is wrong with my dsl and I am working with dial-up. Anyways, the pics are as follows:

Woah that's some excellent progress! Your hair looks thicker too. And that bling is blinding :up:

ETA: I just started drinking protein shakes last week; I'll be ecstatic if I get those results!
 
WOW....do you mind sharing with me a typical day for you as far as the proteins that you are consuming??? I am soooo impressed!!!
 
Wow, your hair has grown tremendously, girl. It's so shiny and healthy looking. I can't believe you got a trim and you still got that much growth. I'm going to have to up my protein intake. Were you taking any vitamins also?

I don't no what to say! I'm sooo happy for you! Its truly healthy and beautiful! You must be proud, its a lot of dedication but a picture is worth a thousand words, congrats again, lemme go drink a protein shake lol,

My progress pics are in my siggy. Although, I started a lot of different things since last December, so I have no idea which ones are contributing to growth, LOL.:) I'm also 8 weeks post in the April picture.

PJ I meant to mention your growth the other day. You're 8 weeks post in the April pic too, you know you have some serious growth goin on. Keep it up chica!
 
Your hair looks awesome. When I looked at the comp pix I blurded out "WHAT!" at work! That is some amazing growth in such a short period of time! Keep it up!
