So this is where I started on 4/4/09

And this is where I am today
1/13/10

I am so excited about seeing the progress and now that I know what my hair loves (weekly washing, calcium and biotin tabs daily, and Palmers coco butter condish as a leave in moisturizer, EVCO as a sealant) I can't wait to see where I will be at the 18 month mark!

I tell you ladies, I am now amazed at what I didn't know and HORRIFIED by some of the bad hair practices I used to have. SMH, I know I shouldn't but I get mad at myself for all the time/lengthI wasted. SMH

I forgot to add, I LOVE satin bonnets! These things rock and have been SO instrumental to my retention! I tried bunning and all that good stuff but i noticed it broke of my ends, so now it is clip ups and satin bonnets.
