APL is my short term goal and I can't really tell if I have reached it. My hair seems thicker and although I would have liked to see more growth I am pretty happy with my hair. Thank you ladies for all your tips!

Thanks ladies for all of your compliments! I have not had a relaxer since 2004 and my hair has never been this thick. I will take some shots from the back so I can see the length better. BSL here I come!! What is a realistic goal date?
