Professional ponytail holders

Hi everyone. Do fashionable ponytail holders besides the ubiquitous scrunchie or clasp exist? I would like to look professional for my new job Monday. Thanks for your help!

I would like to know the answer to this myself. I have grown to HATE scrunchies and my hair is too fine to hold a clasp barrette. I have bought a number of bun covers with sticks from hairboutique.com.
