a couple of things that dont cure but sure help are Aveda brilliant hairspray...its made from natural ingredients and isnt drying, plus I just use a light couple of spritzes every once and a while. The other thing is straight request hair polish. Its sort of like keracare silk n seal except its more concentrated...the salon I go to recommended it...its a little pricey though so I only use it sometimes when I flat iron. HTH, I feel your pain, I live in central FL!
