I did a search and saw that there were numerous threads where ladies described their favority humidity fighting styling product. Do any of you use a particular line of shampoos and conditioners to fight humidity? I want to wear my hair straight at least one night (banquet) at the family reunion next week, so all responses will be greatly appreciated.

My products that keep my hair straight even in humid weather are:

Redken Smooth Down (the entire line) (the best)
Lustrasilk Straigtening Spray
Paul Mitchell Straight Silky (I think that's the name) It works!

Redken is by far the best at keeping my hair straight even when I was natural and trying to hold onto a press. It really works well now that I'm texlaxed.

Thanks, lana. What does the Redken line smell like? You know I am going to be hugging ev'rybody, and I want a product that won't have my kinsfolk falling out.
