Proclaim Ice

Is this comparable to IC Ice?

I dunno, but I would love to hear what others have to say about the Proclaim Ice. I like the IC Ice, but it is rather greasy. One of my friends touched my hair and looked at her fingers and was like "Dang."

I'm waiting to, there is a price difference for sure, but I don't want to scarfice good hair with cheap products?

What's the price difference? I know the Fantasia one is under 5 bucks.

Fantasia was 4.99 and Proclaim was 1.99 for the same size jar at Sally's

Althought the ingredients are the same, my hair responded much much better to the IC especially when I did my braid outs. It really defined the waves in my new growth. The proclaim either dried out my hair or started to melt and drip down my forehead. Give it a try we all have different body chemistry.

I love Fantasia IC and it has biotin in it.
