If you're doing a corrective relaxer, do you still need to put conditioner on the area that's going to be corrected?

If i was doing a corrective I would leave the relaxer on the hair that is to be corrected a little less than the NG so wouldn't apply conditioner to that part.

If I was going to leave the relaxer on the to be corrected hair, as long as the NG (which i personally wouldn't) I would apply conditioner

Thank you for responding KissKiss. I'm just going to near on the side of caution and put conditioner on the underprocessed areas and leave it for about 3-4 minutes. I'd rather be safe than sorry;)!
