Ladies I ask for your prayers for a dear friend of mine. I hope that your continuous prayers on her behalf will help resolve this issue. Please ladies I need your prayers. Here is the back story:
A couple of years ago she was going to a camp site with other members of an organization she is a part of. There were at least 2 cars and she happened to be in the car that swerved to avoid the first car ahead. Subsequently she injured her neck and had to wear a neck brace and go to a specialist because she was in pain. It has been brought to my attention that the members who were driving both cars lied to the police in their report saying that it was a deer that was the cause of the accident rather than their neligent driving. She didnt realize this until she spoke to her lawyer. She is taking their insurance company to court and they are saying that she was fine because she went to events after the accident and was fine. She has said they forced her to just show up to these events because she was on the executive board even though she was in pain.
I know from first hand experience that these same people have forced people to show up to events because it was done to me. I had larygitis and the flu and they still wanted to come to meetings even though I was in pain and couldnt talk. They said if I wasnt going to do what they wanted I could step down.
Her situation is an ongoing one. It has been years since that accident and it wasnt until our conversation that I realized how much they have been dragging this along.
I told her that even though inside I feel furious that they would do this to her, my anger is not going to change anything. I know prayer can change things and I hope that ladies you can join me in prayer for my friend and her case. I know the enemy will be defeated and I know DELAY IS NOT DENIAL, that they will not prevail. I am hoping that you can come in agreement with me and pray for my friend and her case.
