Poducts to grow out texturized hair??

My friend texturized her hair dd hair and would like to grow it out. She doesn't want to cut all her hair off and isn't sure what products to use for the transitioning. I suggested Jane Carter Solution but not sure whether to use relaxed or natural. Do you have any product suggestions?
