Please tell me why it would be a stupid idea to put relaxer on a TWA?

Hi OP,

I love your hair. It looks so soft and thick and full. It would make a great puff once it gets even longer!

Having said that, relax if you want to, but yes I agree with the other posters - you would have to shape it, cut it a bit more.

So the relaxer/cut will not be happening. My dh is SO against it! It's like he was getting angry! This from the man who was NOT feeling me TWA not so long ago. I guess now that he sees it growing and how curly it is (he is still in the good hair/bad hair mentality) he wants to see it grow out longer.

Guess I'm going to have to go wig shopping, lol.

Your hair is gorg as is. Experimenting with wigs is a great idea. I think you could create beautiful relaxed styles with your hair as well, if you ever decide to go that route. Hair is an accessory after all, so have fun!

I remember I wanted to slap a relaxer on my TWA.
I got some senegalese twists.
Dont make permanent decisions for temporary problems.

BTW your hair is short enough that if you changed your mind you could just buzz it again and catch up pretty fast.
